Q: What is the application fee?

A: A $40 per individual over 18 years of age, in addition to any cosigner.

 

Q: Is lawn care included?

A: For all the properties we manage, duplexes and townhomes are managed by us. Single-family homes do not include lawn care. ** Make sure that the duplex or townhome is something we manage. On occasion, we will list a property that the owner manages on their own.

We can’t guarantee that they will include lawn care in their properties.

 

Q: Are a washer and dryer included?

A: Most of the units we manage will at least have a washer/dryer hookup in it. Most of the time a washer and dryer are not included so we do have options to rent a set for $40/month.

 

Q: What is your pet policy?

A: In our pet-friendly units, we allow up to 3 pets unless otherwise stated by the property owner. Each pet will have a $300 non-refundable deposit and additional insurance may be required. Certain breeds may require additional approval.

 

Q: When is rent due, and is there a late fee if it's past that date?

A: Rent will always be due on the 1st of every month, with no grace period. The late fee is $10 a day.

 

Q: How can I apply?

A: The easiest way to apply is to visit the vacancies tab, find the property you would like to apply for, and click the blue “Apply Now” button below it. You can also come into the office to get a paper application if you’d prefer.

 

Q: How far in advance do you post listings?

A: We post our properties to our website as soon as we receive word that the current tenant is not renewing. This is usually completed about 2-3 months before the availability date.

 

Q: What if I want to apply to multiple properties?

A: You only need to apply once. Your application is transferable from property to property for up to 3 months.

 

Q: How long will you hold the property if I am approved?

A: We will not hold a property vacant for any applicant beyond a reasonable amount of days after the availability date.
