RE/MAX Rental Resources LLC provides property management services for property owners in addition to assisting tenants.

If you are a tenant, your specific responsibilities and terms will be outlined in your lease agreement.

If you are a property owner or are interested in our management services, additional terms and agreements will be provided separately.

These Terms of Service do not replace or override any signed lease or property management agreement.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, including AppFolio and Lofty CRM, to manage applications, communication, and property information.

By using our services, you understand that some of your information may be processed through these platforms.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information and reliable service, but we are not responsible for:

  • Errors or omissions in property listings
  • Differences between listing photos and actual units
  • Temporary website issues or interruptions
