New Town condos are unlike any duplex you may have lived in. They offer spacious floor plans ranging from 1730 ft.² to 1765 ft.², and are true condos, meaning they have central firewalls separating units from the adjacent unit.

This means if you hear noises inside your home, either you’re making it, or it’s outside because a solid concrete wall separates you from your neighbor! Our condos offer all the noise cancellation privacy of a detached home with all the convenience of townhome living.

The floor plans offer two very different styles of home.

The three bedroom three bath condos have a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, spacious living room, and large dining room all on the first floor. Upstairs in the three-bedroom condos is a charming reading nook in a dormer window, a beautiful hall bathroom with lovely tile floors, a secondary bedroom with ample closet space, and office or reading nook, and an oversized upper-level master suite, large sunny windows, private master bath, and massive walk-in closet.

The four-bedroom condos offer the same amenities on the first floor but the upper level has two large secondary bedrooms, and upstairs laundry room, and a spacious master suite with private full bath and ample walk-in closet.

All of our condos enjoy complementary heavy snow removal and lawn maintenance just like our single-family homes.
